Group Leader
The Retirement Administration Center Group Leader partners with the local businesses and Business Leadership to manage the processes and operations for the Center. This includes managing a group of individuals, providing high level review, integrating with the local office team, utilizing project management processes to oversee workflow in the Retirement Administration Center, and leading the client delivery team. The Retirement Administration Center Group Leader will be responsible for some or all of the following within the scope of established procedures:Manage and coordinate the workflow and activities of the team to ensure deliverables are met on time and on budget, including supervising and evaluating staff Manage and execute an efficient process of data handling, benefit calculations, call center oversight and trust processing that will support working with the local business and maintaining high quality standards Manage new client implementations and mentor new implementation managers Develop revenue projections, new hire projections, and new client projections. Oversee project teams' collective effort to evaluate project plans and proactively address scope and plan changes Development of project budgets Performance management activities include goal-setting, ongoing performance communication and review In role as supervisor, provide guidance, advice, support, and feedback Ensure adherence to all peer review requirements Bachelor's Degree in business, mathematics, statistics or related field 7-9 years experience with data and benefit calculations. Demonstrated supervisory and project management skills required Proven track record with developing, mentoring and training inexperienced / new employees Clear and professional communication skills Action and results-oriented Propensity for identifying and executing process improvement opportunities Strong collaborative team and relationship building skills with the ability to maintain professional demeanor under pressure and provide excellent service to employees at all levels
