FOX VALLEY PUBLIC HEALTH COORDINATOR

This position within the Appleton Health Department will support regional and local efforts to assess, develop, coordinate, and implement emergency plans, systems, and activities to increase readiness to respond to bioterrorism and other public health emergencies.  A Bachelors degree in Emergency Management, Health Education, Epidemiology, Environmental Health, Nursing, or closely related field, plus 3 years work experience in public health and/or emergency planning is required.  Also, a valid driver’s license and driving record that meets standards are needed.  A Masters degree in Public Health or closely related field and prior management/supervision experience is preferred.  This is a Grant supported position.  We offer a competitive wage plus an excellent fringe benefit package.
