Manager, Food & Retail Back of House Operations

Responsible for the day-to-day internal department operations. Responsible for internal departmental communication, scheduling, training and oversight of Food & Retail Business Center.

Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:

Provide consistent internal communication within department related to business strategies, calendar of events, standard operating procedures, audits, training material and departmental communication sources (i.e. newsletter, communication boards, etc.).Partner with department to develop new food and retail training initiatives as requested; serve as a key contact from inception to execution.Responsible for training, employee incentive and office supplies budgets.Partner with M&OD to conduct needs analyses; asses efficiency of programs based on actual results versus desired results; implement changes as needed.Analyze labor matrices and partner with Unit Managers to determine appropriate staffing levels and act as point person with staffing to ensure hourly positions are filled.Performs other duties as assigned.Qualifications/Requirements:Basic Qualifications:

Supervision of Business Center employees, training leads and partner with venue managers. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.High school degree or GED required.3-5 Years: Food/Restaurant Operations and training experience required.Minimum 2 years experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
