This position will be responsible for supporting a variety of current site characterization and remediation projects locally and regionally.  The role is to be a client service-focused project manager to help win work, deliver work, and maintain a high degree of client satisfaction for current and new clients.QualificationsQualified candidate will have:- Bachelors degree in Environmental, Civil, or Geotechnical Engineering, Hydrogeology, Geology or Environmental Science;- 10 years of experience in managing projects involving remedial investigations/remedial actions including budget, schedule, scope and change management;- Demonstrated experience in working directly with clients having large programs (e.g. greater than $5M per year).- Demonstrated experience leading, coordinating, and mentoring project managers and staff on multiple inter-related projects.- Knowledge of and experience with federal procurement and contracting processes.- Elevated interpersonal, communication, negotiation, management and technical skills;- Ability to negotiate successfully with regulatory agencies, clients, and other stakeholders;- Ability to prepare and lead presentations; and,- Proven track record.In addition to the basic qualifications, the ideal candidate would meet the following preferred qualifications:- 10 - 15 years of experience working within the Environmental consulting industry; and- Masters degree in Environmental, Civil, or Geotechnical Engineering, Hydrogeology, Geology or Environmental Science.Benefits: Medical and Dental Plans Health Care and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance Short Term and Long Term Disability Income 401(k) Plan with company match Employee Ownership Paid Time Off Program Flexible Work Scheduling Business Casual Dress Learning and Development Opportunities Tuition ReimbursementEmployee Assistance Program Voluntary Auto and Homeowners InsuranceCompany Profile:Employee-owned CH2M HILL is a global leader in engineering, procurement, construction and operations for public and private clients.
