This position will provide exceptional front-desk support for CH2M HILL employees and visitors. Key Duties:  Receptionist Telephone operator for multiple offices  Meet and great clients, visitors and visiting high level employees Place service requests for facility problems or repairs Update extension/speed dial list, cell phone list Schedule resources, i.e. Conference rooms, data shows Forward faxes electronically  Back up for; archiving, invoice reconciliation, office supply purchasing, mailroom Maintain conference room appearance and equipment Maintain office services internet sites Oversee guest and visitor security Special projects or duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma/GED 3 years experience in an office services or general office environment Reception experience The following are preferred qualifications for this role: Moderate to advanced skill required to operate business equipment associated with mailroom, copycenter, and telephone/receptionist areas. Intermediate working knowledge of Windows Outlook and strong keyboarding skills may be required.
