Geotechnical Engineer - Denver, CO NRP

AECOM has a global reach through the combined efforts of 30,000 employees, working in over 60 countries.Duties and Responsibilities We are currently seeking a Geotechnical Engineer to be responsible for overseeing all engineering aspects of the firm’s small to mid-size projects or portions of larger projects. The engineer will be involved on a wide variety of projects including modeling of dams, tunnels, and slopes using PLAXIS, SLOPE/W, SEEP/W, XSTABL and FLAC, including pseudo static analysis of dams for earthquake stability. The engineer will also design tunnel initial and final liners, as well as create final drawings and boring logs. The engineer will also write reports and specifications for dam and tunnel construction.
