Field Service Technician

We are currently seeking a Field Service Technician to join or team.

 



  Job Responsibilities: 

 

1. Provide a variety of equipment related support activities to new and existing customers.

 

2. Participate in the testing and run in of equipment prior to shipment. 

 

3. Participate in the demonstration and customer training of equipment prior to shipment. 

 

4. Execute the installation and commissioning of new equipment.

 

5. Train operators and maintenance personnel at customer

location.

 

6. Perform field trouble shooting, repairs and modifications.

 

7. When not performing field work, lend phone support to existing customers to troubleshoot problems, identify required parts and schedule field service calls.

 

8. Write service reports for tracking machine histories and billing. Ensure that all field modifications are documented and changed on our engineering drawings to provide accurate specifications of the physical machines in the field.

 

9. Provide technical support as assigned and needed. 

 

10. Provide emergency field service as required.

 

 

This position will interface with the Technical Service, Engineering, and Manufacturing departments as necessary. This position will also require overtime as necessary.
