Payroll/Benefits Representative

 

Currently, we have a full-time opening for a Payroll/Benefit Representative at our Regional Office located in Lacey, Washington.

 

Duties: Compute wages, post wage data to payroll records.Prepare payroll related reports. Maintain employee files. Prepare monthly medical and life insurance reports. Assist employees with payroll and/or benefit related concerns.

 

Requirements:Payroll processing experience requiredMust be comfortable assisting a vast number of employees with miscellaneous HR policy questions/issues pertaining to medical, dental, 401k, as well as leaves of absence. Above average communication skills and the ability to work with both employees and managers while conveying a positive and professional image. Must be proficient in MS Office software with emphasis in Excel.
