We are currently searching for an Office Administrator for our Carrig & Dancer Branch in Lakewood, WA.  As office administrator your duties would consist of but not be limited to:

 

Summary of Position:

 

·  A/R, A/P, Payroll, Material, Invoicing & data input/coordination.

·  Deposit Preparation/Banking.

·  General phone & reception duties.

·  Customer, supplier & associates communications.

·  Mail handling.

·  Light office maintenance.

·  Back up to Office Manager.Other related duties as assigned.

 

Skills required: 

·  Excellent in bookkeeping, communications and organization.

·  Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word and general computer skills.

·  Understanding of contract requirements, job costing & billings.

·  Construction industry and Solomon Business Systems experience a plus.
