Major Purpose Provide enterprise-wide proactive engineering/planning, dynamic design implementation and upgrades for high-performance, stability, and security in a high volume e-commerce, multi-connective systems environment. Perform ongoing system design, monitors, tests, analyses, updates and provide expert recommendations for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Network Administration Designs, tests and modifies network systems and controls Tests, monitors and reports on newly deployed applications Designs recovery procedures Performs required updates to the network infrastructure Monitors transactions to measure the performance of network systems Performs capacity planning and implements operational monitoring tools and systems for better operational tracking and performance forecasting/planning Write and maintain support documentation (backup, recovery, routine operations, etc.) Write and maintain user documentation supporting installed hardware and services

Expert Resource/Contact Establishes and maintains relationship with Trisept Solutions and TMTC/Divisions’ personnel to ensure operational efficiency Technology assessment of new and emerging network and telecommunications technologies (hardware, software and/or services) as basis for recommending and implementing solutions to company business problems Assists Operations Center personnel with establishing Trisept Solutions-wide database network support standards Recommends network application efficiency procedures Analyzes user needs and provides best solution(s) based on supplied and researched data Keeps current on company, industry and profession changes Provide network expert advisor for; contract negotiations, software vendor requirements, and business system project teams

Enhancements Installs updates and tests enhancements with Operations Center personnel Supports Operations Center network enhancements with user personnel

Customer Relationship Mgmt/Continuous Improvement Establishes and maintains working relationship with Trisept Solutions, Division and Computer Operations users personnel Identifies improvement opportunities for the Computer Operations processes and integrates changes based on Trisept Solutions and TMTC Division needs Provide technical customer assistance to all users of the various networks at all locations, including key executives and their support staffs at the corporate locations Maintain technical proficiency in the use and application of network and other advanced client-server related technologies. Also develop new plans for emerging technologies and designs for implementation within the LME infrastructure Optimizes service delivery by identifying and tracking customer needs and satisfaction

Requirements: In-depth specialist for VMWare server virtualization technology. Install, configure, test, and implement EMC software and components,including new releases and applicable patch releases Analyze and resolve EMC SAN related errors and reported problems. Coordinate fixes with hardware vendors and customers Configure and adding fiber ports in a SAN switch Responsible for Zoning hosts in the SAN using EMC tools W Will perform overall administration of web sites at a company-wide / enterprise level Analyze, design and prepare new technologies and modify and maintain existing infrastructure Will need to assure IIS Web server and site technical performance via monitoring and maintenance Act as the liaison between development teams, business owners, internal IT shared services division, project managers and our business partners Installing and administering various operating systems like: Windows NT4, 2000, 2003, Linux (Suse) Will implement web site usage and security policies and standards Will provide technical assistance to Site Developers / Development team Will setup and maintain hardware and software pertaining to multiple company web sites You must be in expert in documenting best practices for the total end to end solution for a given application Experience working in a PCI compliant environment Experience with Load Balancers Benefits: Team members are the driving force behind our success.
