Financial Management Associate II (Milwaukee) - 00HLU

The Financial Management Associate II (FMA) is a dedicated resource who is an expert in the firm's engagement information management systems. While overall responsibility for engagement economics rests with the client serving executive (CSE), the FMA II both relieves the CSE of the effort associated with engagement information management (by independently managing the engagement information processes) and provides a ready resource for financial data and analysis. The clerical aspects of these responsibilities are typically carried out by Financial Assistants (FA). Responsibilities Establishing client and engagement records. Develop and monitor engagement economics. Analyze inventory levels. Mentor and train FA's. Oversee the collection of accounts and client invoicing. Create ad-hoc reports and analysis for partner's portfolio. The FMA II is a subject matter expert on our engagement information management system.
