Sr. Customer Service Representative

BASIC FUNCTION: Under general supervision, provide support for customer service lobby traffic, perform daily back office operations and provide ongoing training for Customer Service Representatives.  This position will also be responsible for working together with management to develop training material/sessions that will respond to new products and services as they are introduced into the Credit Union.  Objective is to ensure that customers are receiving prompt, accurate, professional and friendly service.

 

QUALIFICTIONS: Candidate must complete and pass any required testing. High school diploma or GED.  Minimum of three years experience in the customer service department of a financial institution.  A thorough understanding of basic financial products and services and an exposure to ATM, ACH, debit card and checking account processing.  Excellent written and verbal communications skills and ability to positively interact with customers, management and co-workers.  Significant cash handling experience required.
