Loss Avoidance Associate (Technology Team)

Provide business analysis and support to PNC Deposit Recovery Unit (DRU) Technology Team.   The candidate will work with other team members to support the PNC fraud systems, AML system and other technical systems for the DRU, PNC Operations and PNC Retail Banking. The candidate will write high level system requirements based on user needs, write test scenarios and test scripts, perform and document testing.  The candidate will work closely with PNC MIS on projects. The candidate will have primary responsibility for some projects while also participating as a team member in other projects.  The candidate will need to prioritize work to move forward on all assignments. The candidate will need to allocate time for learning the needs of the business units being supported and how technology is leveraged to protect PNC, support PNC’s customers, while delivering solid employee processes.   The candidate will need to support flexible work hours when conversions or other activities occur outside of normal business hours. REQUIREMENTS:Demonstrated knowledge in relational databases such as Oracle, SQL, Access, Db2 Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint Knowledge of Lotus Notes preferred but not required Knowledge of ad hoc reporting tools such as SQL, FOCUS, SAS, Easytrieve preferred but not required Exposure to Project Management and SDLC a plus Prefer exposure to distributed as well as mainframe based technology Ability to work with limited supervision with all levels of management and staff Ability to be effective working via teleconference and using email and other tools  Ability to multi-task, creative problem solving, knowing when to make decisions or escalate to management  Interested individuals please submit your resume by selecting the "Apply Now" button.
