·Excellent verbal and written communication skills
·Proven ability to attract, motivate and retain sales staff
·Strong PC skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and various computer software applications

·Excellent organizational and project management skills
·Strong interpersonal skills
Required Experience

Education:
·Bachelor degree in business or related field
·License in life/health insurance sales required
·Series 6 and 63 licenses preferred
·Completion AMCORE Product Knowledge Certification and Supervisory Modules within first year of employment


Experience:
·3 years management in a retail banking, sales or service field
·1 year cash handling
