Vice President Corporate Finance

We are partnered with a multi-dimensional supplier of cabin systems and equipment with a track record of over 60 years of leading technical excellence in the aerospace industry.  We are seeking a Vice President of Finance.  This ideal individual must have a MBA, Big 4 experience, Aerospace and/or Manufacturing background Responsible for the financial coordination of  MAG Aerospace’s Divisions Responsible for the generation of consolidated monthly Financial Statements for internal and external reporting Responsible for the consolidation of Quarterly Package/Reports for parent company Monitor the financial performance of various divisions Coordinate divisions’ budget process, consolidate, and issue budget to parent company Interact with division financial managers as well as high level parent company management Interact with outside Tax Firm to coordinate division estimated tax payments/provisions Coordinate division audits with outside Audit Firm Coordination of Movex ERP system among various divisions (including implementation) Participate in merger and acquisition activity.  Built on more than 30 years of expertise, The Mergis Group is a specialty recruiting firm committed to helping professionals make the best career choices.
