Team Assistant / Accounting / Travel / Human Resources / Administrative

Help keep Epic running smoothly and provide invaluable support. We need energetic individuals with strong communication skills and attention to detail to work as assistants in one of the following areas:

Accounting: Perform a variety of basic accounting and administrative functions. Office experience or an associate’s degree in accounting is preferred.

Travel: Support our Travel team in a wide variety of responsibilities.

Human Resources: Track resumes and tests, talk to proctors at test sites, create agendas, set up interview days with candidates, and schedule phone interviews.

Division Assistant: Keep things running smoothly within a building, provide general support to an entire division or team and help coordinate Advisory Councils onsite.

Ideal candidates will be able to juggle tasks, take initiative in a fast-paced environment, and have experience with MS Office. High school diploma required and associate degree preferred. Relocation to the Madison/Verona area is required and may be reimbursed.
