Private Banking Officer

Position Summary:


This individual will support the daily Finance, Operations and IT related functions for The PrivateBank N.A., a $120 million bank that is a wholly owned subsidiary of PrivateBancorp, Inc.  



Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Prepare and/or review reconciliations, investigate differences Support financial reporting and assist with Regulators (OCC, FDIC, Federal Reserve) Manage accounts payable and budgeting functions Maintain internal control environment as it relates to the Finance Department Manage the Information Technology function as it relates to the Milwaukee office (primary function at Holding Co level) Assist with systems administration and business continuity planning Assist with overall Bank operational functions to include deposit operations, audit, legal requests, client service Support compliance function – deposit, loan and bank secrecy

Qualifications:Possess strong analytical and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Demonstrate high level of attention to detail Extensive experience in Word and Excel, Metavante systems experience beneficial Well-developed interpersonal skills to enable positive interaction within the Bank and with external vendors Prior experience in a finance or operations department of a financial institution or related experience (internal audit of financial institutions, regulatory examination experience, general ledger balancing) required
