Financial SEC Reporting Manager,

SEC Reporting Manager

Our client is a successful manufacturing company located in Torrance and they are in search of a dedicated and hardworking Financial Reporting Manager. The primary responsibilities include external financial reporting, involvement with external audits & generating quarterly and annual SEC reports.

Qualifications/Requirements:

- CPA or CPA candidate


- BS in Accounting/Finance

- 3-5yrs exp. of external SEC Reporting (10K & 10Q)

- GAAP knowledge & experience

- Ad Hoc financial analysis

- Excellent communication (verbal & written)

- Extremely detail oriented
