POSITION SUMMARY



 

This Financial Analyst/Accountant role requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail.  Good communication skills will be needed in order to present to upper management.  Ability to work both independently and with a team in a high-energy environment.

 

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

 Month-end journal entries and account reconciliationAnnual budgets and forecasting Standard cost setting and bill of material reviewsMonthly reporting projects for managementPerformance variance and cost savings analysisPrepare month end journal entries and financial schedulesMargin analysisAd-hoc accounting and finance projects

 

 

SKILLS AND EDUCATION REQUIRED

 

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting1-4 years experience in an accounting or analyst role; preferably manufacturingAdvanced Excel skills

In this position, you will interact with all areas of the finance department.  This role requires a multi-tasker to take on a variety of responsibilities.
