Controller - Non-Profit - San Diego

A non-profit organization in San Diego is currently seeking a Controller to assist in the management of 4 Accountants in the areas of month end close, paryoll, tax, audit and cash flow forecasting. Ideal candidates that will be considered should have no less than 5 years of accounting experience and a CPA. Non-profit experience would be preferred, but not required. Position: Controller

Salary: 70000-75000/year

Job duties: Management of 4 in general accounting. Specific duties include; general ledger, reconciliations, financial statements, month end close, payroll, audit, and budget reports.

Requirements: Candidates must have a BS degree in finance and/or accounting. CPA preferred. 5 years of management accounting experience. Non-profit enviornment preferred.
