Controller

This opportunity assists the CFO with the financial affairs of this growing and dynamic organization, including financial statement preparation with supporting schedules, financial statement reliability and integrity, and efficient operation of the Accounting Department.  The successful candidate will directly supervise, coach and develop three employees.  Highly visible position with leadership skills needed in both day-to-day Accounting functions and strategic business initiatives.  Qualifications include:  Masters Degree preferred, undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance is required.  CPA preferred, as is experience with complex accounting topics and auditing standards.  Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience, especially in a Banking industry.  Please submit resume to our HR Rep at Diamond HR Group, 36901 Old Woods Trail, Gurnee IL 60031 or laurie@diamondhrgroup.com
