Commissions Analyst

COMMISSIONS ANALYST

The Commissions Analyst manages the administration and payment of monthly commissions in accordance with sales compensation policy, using the worldwide commissions system and general knowledge of the end to end Goal to Commission tools and processes.


JOB EXPECTATIONS
Understand and execute on compensation policies, associated tools and processes for goal-to-commission process.
Responsible for administration and payment of monthly commission payments in accordance with sales compensation policy.
Upload manual revenue files into commission system, communication of corrections as required, complete upload templates and prepare reporting metrics.
Perform 1st level commission inquiry responses within 24 hrs, escalate level 2 inquiries, and build/maintain FAQ for commissions inquiries.
Process goal sheets and communicate expectations to appropriate team members on a weekly basis.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
BA/BS degree (accounting, finance or related field strongly preferred)
Power user of Excel (including Vlookups and Pivot Tables)
Experience with PowerPoint
3-5 years experience in a sales commissions/compensation role
Ability to synthesize significant amounts of information and tailor to required audience
Project management/deployment experience a plus
Proficiency with learning new systems
