Accountant

Venturedyne Ltd. is the holding company for eight national manufacturing companies and we are currently looking for an Accountant to work in our corporate office.  The qualified candidate will assist and report to our CFO, and perform various accounting, financial and operational audit assignments. 

Job Responsibilities:Improve the quality of divisional financial information Review divisional operational performance Prepare various required filings and returns Coordinate financial audit and tax return preparation with outside CPA firm Review divisional inventory accounting including, but not limited to: annual physical inventories burden rates LIFO excess and obsoleteOversee the quotation process for property, workmen’s compensation, liability and auto insurance coverage’s.

 

Requirements:A Bachelors Degree in Accounting and relevant experience are required. CPA is preferred. Prior Accounting experience in a manufacturing operation is a plus.
